Agreement

By using Hisaab POS you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Service

Hisaab provides cloud and desktop POS software for inventory, billing, ledgers, and related business operations. Features vary by subscription plan. We may update the service to improve security, performance, or functionality.

Accounts and billing

You must provide accurate registration information. Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension after reasonable notice. Enterprise terms may be covered by a separate agreement.

Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a license to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for complying with applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via phone and WhatsApp according to your plan. Offline desktop mode is designed for continuity during connectivity issues.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hisaab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
